How much does TailTheme cost?
TailTheme Free is $0 forever under the MIT license.
TailTheme Paid is a one-time purchase (not a subscription). See the Pricing page for the current list price — amounts can change; completed purchases are not affected.
What is included in the paid license?
One license covers one (1) named developer for an unlimited number of projects.
Commercial use is allowed, including your own products, client work, agency projects, freelance work, and SaaS applications.
You receive lifetime updates and keep access to versions you already downloaded even if updates later stop.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the paid source code.
Is the React Native edition included?
The current Pricing page lists React Native with the paid package. The mobile template is still being refined, so its implementation and screen coverage may change in future updates.
Evaluate the purchase primarily against the current React edition. The Pricing page and release notes are the source of truth for what can be downloaded at the time you buy.
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
Paid TailTheme is a one-time payment processed through Polar. There is no recurring subscription charge for the license itself.
Can I use TailTheme for client or commercial projects?
Yes. The paid license permits commercial use, including client, agency, freelance, and SaaS work.
The restriction is on the theme source itself: do not resell or redistribute TailTheme as a competing template or share the paid codebase publicly.
What support is available?
Paid customers can email [email protected] for help with installation, documented features, and reproducible product defects. Free-edition bugs can also be reported through GitHub Issues in the public repository.
Support does not include building your backend, integrating a third-party service for you, or implementing project-specific features. Include your TailTheme version, Node.js version, reproduction steps, and relevant error output when reporting a technical issue.
What update policy applies?
Paid licenses include updates released during the lifetime of the purchased product, and you retain access to versions you already downloaded.
Lifetime updates do not promise a particular release schedule, every roadmap item, or automatic access to separately released products unless their product page explicitly includes them.
What is your refund policy?
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the source code.
Once access has been granted, refunds are not available except for duplicate payments, failure to receive access, or a critical technical defect that EzWay cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
