Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not yet downloaded or been granted access to the TailTheme paid source code.

Once the source code has been downloaded or access has been granted, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund, except in the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same purchase
2. Failed access — you completed payment but did not receive access to the product
3. Critical defect — a critical technical defect prevents the product from working as described, and EzWay Tech cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
4. Legal requirement — applicable consumer protection law requires a refund
