Free-edition bugs can also be reported through GitHub Issues in the public repository. Support does not include building your backend, integrating a third-party service for you, or implementing project-specific features. Include your TailTheme version, Node.js version, reproduction steps, and relevant error output when reporting a technical issue.

Paid licenses include updates released during the lifetime of the purchased product, and you retain access to versions you already downloaded. Lifetime updates do not promise a particular release schedule, every roadmap item, or automatic access to separately released products unless their product page explicitly includes them.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the source code. Once access has been granted, refunds are not available except for duplicate payments, failure to receive access, or a critical technical defect that EzWay cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
